Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-service account management for personal lines accounts, including standard policies.
  • Handle renewals and service accounts from A to Z.
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve departmental goals.
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives as part of our company culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates who can quickly adapt to our systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
