Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to managing a diverse portfolio of personal lines accounts ranging. Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Utilize Epic software to maintain accurate client records and process transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on insurance products
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance is essential
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred
