Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize Epic software to maintain accurate client records and process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on insurance products
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance is essential
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred
