Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through the acquisition and management of commercial accounts, with a focus on Garage Liability/Automotive and general commercial lines. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. The role involves significant travel and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Open for discussion during the initial 12-18 months.
- Commission Structure: 40%-30% commission-only after the initial period.

- Equipment: Provided for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients and build relationships with Centers of Influence.
- Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Strategically divide leads geographically and by account size or close rate among producers.
- Manage inbound leads and collaborate with Account Managers on smaller books of business.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial accounts, focusing on Garage Liability/Automotive and general commercial lines.
- Travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and close deals.
- Participate in formal onboarding and mentorship programs, with weekly check-ins during the initial period.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role; 5+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software.
