Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a growing team. This role focuses on servicing Middle Market and Large Market Commercial P&C accounts, with a specialization in heavy Habitational exposure and high-value property risks. As a key member of a team, you will manage day-to-day client needs, handle renewals, and partner closely with Producers to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of Middle Market and Large Market Commercial P&C accounts.
  • Handle renewals and ensure timely and accurate account management.
  • Collaborate with Producers to address client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  • Operate within an alpha split servicing model to ensure efficient account handling.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management or Account Executive roles.
    • Proven expertise in handling Habitational accounts and high-value property risks.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Active and relevant insurance licenses (as required by state regulations).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Team-oriented with minimal need for supervision.

Work Environment

  • Location: Hybrid work model, with in-office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Travel: Minimal travel required; AEs are not expected to accompany Producers on client visits.
