Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team in a hybrid capacity. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
  • 401(k): 3% company match
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after training and onboarding
  • Travel: No travel required

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $15,000 in premium (up to $40,000).
  • Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including non-profits, construction, and contractors.
  • Handle all aspects of commercial lines servicing, from policy issuance to claims support.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Utilize HawkSoft software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of independent agency experience in commercial lines servicing. Experience with captives or carriers is not applicable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist industries such as non-profits, construction, and contractors.
  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
