Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Account Executive to join a dynamic and growing team. This role involves managing a portfolio of large market clients, providing end-to-end servicing, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large group and/or self-funded accounts, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. This position offers a hybrid work environment after an initial period and requires occasional out-of-state travel.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Competitive, up to $150,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large market clients (100-500 lives) with a book of business valued at $1M-$2M.
- Provide A-Z servicing for clients, including preparing for renewals, quoting new and renewal business, and supporting agency operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including out-of-state accounts in New York and Connecticut.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Travel 10-20% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the agency’s growth initiatives and contribute to its success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-15 license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large group and/or self-funded accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Employee Navigator software.
- Education: Relevant educational background preferred.
