Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to a clients, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and ensuring seamless policy servicing and renewals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling both high-net-worth (HNW) and standard accounts, coupled with a professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts ranging from $100 to $20,000 in size.
- Handle policy servicing, renewals, and customer support with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Educate clients on risk management and insurance options tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HNW and standard accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
