Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to a commercial lines accounts, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional customer support in alignment with a agency's procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a full servicing workload independently.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
- Opportunity for a hybrid work schedule after the first year, based on performance

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts, minimizing errors and omissions
- Handle client communications, including resolving issues and addressing coverage-related inquiries
- Prepare submissions, proposals, statements of value, and renewal documents in collaboration with producers
- Accurately process new and renewal business, ensuring proper documentation and system records
- Issue certificates, binders, invoices, ID cards, and related correspondence
- Manage audits, claims reporting, premium finance agreements, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the agency management system
- Monitor suspense items and prioritize daily workflow to meet deadlines
- Keep producers informed of account activity and address potential issues proactively
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance agency experience, specifically in commercial lines
- Active insurance license or the ability to obtain/maintain one
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and policy servicing
- Advanced computer skills; experience with Epic software is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to grow within the insurance industry
