Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 (with potential earnings up to $200,000 for exceptional candidates).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
- Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid model with in-office presence required on Tuesdays. Remote candidates are welcome, with the expectation of attending the office four times a year.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to support business growth and achieve revenue goals.
- Utilize industry software, including Epic and EZLynks, to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Participate in team initiatives, including monthly fun events, to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice and recommendations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Proficiency in industry software such as Epic and EZLynks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A personable and customer-focused approach, with the ability to make complex insurance topics accessible and engaging.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to professional growth and excellence.
- Licensure or designations in commercial insurance are preferred but not required.
