Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 (with potential earnings up to $200,000 for exceptional candidates).
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
  • Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid model with in-office presence required on Tuesdays. Remote candidates are welcome, with the expectation of attending the office four times a year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to support business growth and achieve revenue goals.
  • Utilize industry software, including Epic and EZLynks, to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  • Participate in team initiatives, including monthly fun events, to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice and recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Proficiency in industry software such as Epic and EZLynks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A personable and customer-focused approach, with the ability to make complex insurance topics accessible and engaging.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to professional growth and excellence.
  • Licensure or designations in commercial insurance are preferred but not required.
