Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join a team. This role involves selling and servicing personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life. Responsibilities
- Sell and service personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Maintain accurate documentation and policy records.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales and retention goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License and Active Life Insurance License (required).
- Experience: Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales and service.
