Sr. Client Manager - Commercial Lines (Temporary to Permanent)
Job Summary
Seeking two dedicated and experienced professionals to join a team, as Sr. Client Managers - Commercial Lines. These roles will initially be temporary, with the potential to transition into full-time positions based on performance and business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in commercial lines and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Annual Salary: $72,000
- Work Type: Onsite
- Location: West Des Moines, IA
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services tailored to client requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other client requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Proven experience in Commercial Lines is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Ability to work onsite in our West Des Moines, IA office.
