Sr. Client Manager - Commercial Lines (Temporary to Permanent)

Job Summary

Seeking two dedicated and experienced professionals to join a team, as Sr. Client Managers - Commercial Lines. These roles will initially be temporary, with the potential to transition into full-time positions based on performance and business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in commercial lines and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

• Annual Salary: $72,000
• Work Type: Onsite
• Location: West Des Moines, IA

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services tailored to client requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other client requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Proven experience in Commercial Lines is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Ability to work onsite in our West Des Moines, IA office.
