Personal Lines /Commercial Lines Customer Service Representatives

Job Summary

Seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join a team as Personal Lines /Commercial Lines Producers and Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in both Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL). The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• 401(k)
• Health Insurance: 100% employer-covered.

Responsibilities

For CSR Roles:

• Handle renewals, remarketing, claims, and general customer service inquiries.
• Assist producers with endorsements, certifications, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support quoting processes for new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional client support and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in a similar role, though candidates with less experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with carriers such as Auto Owners, Central, CNA, Grange, CHUBB, Liberty, Travelers, Western Reserve, Donegal, and National General.
• Software Proficiency: Applied Epic experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
