Personal Lines /Commercial Lines Customer Service Representatives
Job Summary
Seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join a team as Personal Lines /Commercial Lines Producers and Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in both Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL). The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
For CSR Roles:
- Handle renewals, remarketing, claims, and general customer service inquiries.
- Assist producers with endorsements, certifications, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support quoting processes for new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional client support and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in a similar role, though candidates with less experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Auto Owners, Central, CNA, Grange, CHUBB, Liberty, Travelers, Western Reserve, Donegal, and National General.
- Software Proficiency: Applied Epic experience preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
