Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to support growth initiatives and expand market presence. This role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored employee benefits solutions. The position offers a balance of field engagement and collaboration with internal teams in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within targeted markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering customized employee benefits solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and ongoing account management.

  • Develop and present strategic business plans to leadership, outlining growth initiatives and objectives.

  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.

  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-through on opportunities.

  • Travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.

  • Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.

  • Strong sales acumen with a proactive, business development mindset.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to develop long-term client partnerships.

  • Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
