Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support for their personal insurance needs.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for personal lines insurance clients, addressing inquiries, processing payments, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for walk-in clients, particularly older clientele.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on their personal insurance policies, including coverage options, policy terms, and claims processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active insurance license is required.
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, as this role will require managing the office solo.
- Proficiency in using insurance management software and standard office applications.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
