Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including contractors, habitational properties, pet stores, condos, and lessor’s risk-only properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage full-service account responsibilities.
This is a fully remote position for candidates located in OR, WA, ID, MT, or WY. We provide all necessary equipment to ensure your success in this role.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $1,500 to $100,000.
- Handle full A–Z servicing of accounts, including quoting, renewals, issuing ID cards, endorsements, and follow-ups with clients and carriers.
- Focus on backend servicing tasks rather than billing or heavy customer-facing responsibilities.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.
- Work Environment: Must be located in OR, WA, ID, MT, or WY and able to work remotely.
