Personal Lines Team Lead (Branch Manager)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Team Lead (Branch Manager) to join a team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of service and team functions while supporting both client experience and business development efforts. As the on-site leader, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
- Bonus: Up to 15% based on meeting KPIs
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth coordination across service and team functions.
- Support client experience initiatives and business development efforts.
- Oversee and collaborate with a team of 2 Service Account Specialists and 1 Commercial Account Manager.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of service for personal lines accounts, including standard and high-value accounts.
- Utilize software tools such as Hawksoft, Ezlynx, and Insuredmine (training provided).
- Foster a team-oriented culture and lead by example.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hawksoft, Ezlynx, and Insuredmine is a plus (training available).
