Personal Lines Team Lead (Branch Manager)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Team Lead (Branch Manager) to join a team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of service and team functions while supporting both client experience and business development efforts. Compensation Package

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
• Bonus: Up to 15% based on meeting KPIs
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth coordination across service and team functions.
• Support client experience initiatives and business development efforts.
• Oversee and collaborate with a team of 2 Service Account Specialists and 1 Commercial Account Manager.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of service for personal lines accounts, including standard and high-value accounts.
• Utilize software tools such as Hawksoft, Ezlynx, and Insuredmine (training provided).
• Foster a team-oriented culture and lead by example.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hawksoft, Ezlynx, and Insuredmine is a plus (training available).
