Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a dynamic and team-oriented organization. This role is pivotal in driving growth by managing personal lines accounts and generating new business through outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a laid-back yet goal-driven environment, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation Structure: Draw to start, transitioning to straight commission. Expected earnings of $60,000–$80,000 annually after validation (based on 40 new business policies and 20–25 renewals).

  • Remote Work: Fully remote within Texas.
  • Travel: Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound sales efforts and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using company software (Hawksoft and QRP).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales and account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hawksoft and QRP software is preferred, but training will be provided if needed.
