Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between insurance companies, agents, and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. You will handle a variety of tasks, including policy management, renewals, endorsements, and marketing support. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000+ (depending on experience) + profit sharing bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Process and record new insurance policies and claims.
- Maintain accurate client files in the Agency Management System for all transactions.
- Correspond with insureds and agents regarding account status and changes.
- Prepare proposals and applications, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide technical service and expertise during new business and renewal processes.
- Assist with quoting, marketing, and gathering underwriting information.
- Prepare renewal and new business proposals and presentations.
- Bind coverage, issue certificates, and request endorsements.
- Analyze policies for accuracy based on presented proposals.
- Follow agency procedures and utilize integrated software systems.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executives on complex accounts.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or insurance-related role preferred.
- Licensure: Property and Casualty insurance license preferred but not required (must be willing to obtain licensure).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM/insurance software (AMS360 experience is a plus).
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial insurance is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
