Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000+ (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including profit sharing and 401(k).
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 350 small to mid-size commercial accounts, ranging from $500 to $100,000 in premium (average $15,000).
- Provide exceptional service to clients, including policy servicing, renewals, and addressing inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Utilize agency management software (EPIC preferred) to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a focus on small market accounts and high-volume account management.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred but not required.
- Work Style: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
