Job Summary

Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of mid to large commercial accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, with a primary focus on renewals.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team Lead and other team members to meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a problem solver for client inquiries.
- Maintain a detailed and organized workflow to ensure timely and efficient account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing mid to large commercial accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
