Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and reputable insurance agency. With over 100 employees and multiple locations, we pride ourselves on fostering a positive work culture and delivering exceptional service to the clients. This role will focus on servicing and marketing mid-to-large commercial accounts, with a particular emphasis on construction, manufacturing, contractors, social services, and hospitality industries.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office weekly) or fully in-office
- Training: Up to 3 months of onboarding and training provided
- Start Date: Targeting early November
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of middle-market commercial accounts, including construction, manufacturing, contractors, social services, and hospitality.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Market and quote new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with sales producers to support client accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized records using EPIC software.
- Act as a leader within the team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong preference for candidates with construction industry experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
