Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and reputable insurance agency. With over 100 employees and multiple locations, we pride ourselves on fostering a positive work culture and delivering exceptional service to the clients. This role will focus on servicing and marketing mid-to-large commercial accounts, with a particular emphasis on construction, manufacturing, contractors, social services, and hospitality industries.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office weekly) or fully in-office
  • Training: Up to 3 months of onboarding and training provided
  • Start Date: Targeting early November

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of middle-market commercial accounts, including construction, manufacturing, contractors, social services, and hospitality.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Market and quote new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with sales producers to support client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records using EPIC software.
  • Act as a leader within the team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong preference for candidates with construction industry experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
