Responsibilities

  • Email and Correspondence Management: Monitor a dedicated email inbox for carrier correspondence, retrieve relevant information from carrier portals, and distribute it to the team.
  • Bond Management: Handle quoting and issuing of bonds.
  • Service Desk Oversight: Monitor a dedicated service desk email, forwarding requests to the appropriate team members or addressing them directly as needed.
  • Loss Run Management: Retrieve loss runs for upcoming controlled accounts via carrier websites, direct carrier requests, or third-party software.
  • Pre-Renewal Tasks: Gather Experience MODs, request CCPAP applications, and manage other pre-renewal activities through email communication with clients.
  • Office Administration: Perform miscellaneous office tasks, including ordering supplies, managing postage, and maintaining copier functionality.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in using email, carrier portals, and third-party software tools.
  • Prior experience in insurance, account management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
