Commercial Lines Account Manager - REMOTE (must reside in PA, NJ, DE or surrounding areas)
Location: PA - Remote
Compensation: Up to $85,000 + benefits

A well-established, growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. This role is open due to growth, offering the opportunity to step into a dynamic book of business and work alongside an experienced commercial lines team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of commercial accounts (small to middle-market)
- Provide A–Z servicing for assigned clients
- Handle renewals (with marketing support provided)
- Develop a strong understanding of client operations and coverage needs
- Maintain relationships with carriers and internal producers
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- 3–5+ years of commercial lines account management experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage structures
- Experience working with carriers and producers
- Ability to manage a book independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus
