This individual will manage administrative processes, support internal operations, and serve as a central point of coordination across the team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and process company bills accurately and on time

Handle paperwork related to transactions for ownership deals

Verify titles and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant

Oversee and manage the titling process

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and general inquiries

Provide administrative and occasional personal support to leadership as needed

Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
