Position Overview

The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively. This individual will manage administrative processes, support internal operations, and serve as a central point of coordination across the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process company bills accurately and on time

  • Handle paperwork related to transactions for ownership deals

  • Verify titles and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant

  • Oversee and manage the titling process

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and general inquiries

  • Provide administrative and occasional personal support to leadership as needed

  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
