Seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, this role ensures that policies are properly managed and customized to meet individual needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
  • Analyze clients' needs to recommend suitable insurance coverages and policy adjustments.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.
  • Resolve client concerns effectively and deliver timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings to provide updated information to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in client management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, coverage types, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in client management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and delivering positive outcomes.
