Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Producer to join a well-established and family-oriented insurance agency. As part of a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by prospecting, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience and performance)
  • Additional Benefits: While no formal benefits package is offered, a stipend may be provided depending on the agreed-upon salary.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial lines insurance.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and on-site client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize EZLynx software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
  • Focus on personal lines, including auto, home, umbrella, and fire insurance, with a concentration on small to mid-market accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of in-depth experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of EZLynx software.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including the ability to build and manage a book of business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work hours that accommodate working parents and other personal needs.
