Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience and book size)
- 401(k): 4% company match
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
- Work Environment: Fully in-office position at Tempe, AZ location
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, including small to mid-sized accounts with premiums of $50,000 or more.
- Collaborate with producers to provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Handle all aspects of the client lifecycle, including cross-selling and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in commercial lines; 3-5 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
