Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant/Certificate Processor with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license to support our team in managing commercial lines accounts and handling certificate processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically focusing on commercial lines, preferably on large Real Estate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing commercial lines accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process and issue certificates of insurance promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients and underwriters to gather necessary information for policy management.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounts and certificates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to policy renewals and endorsements.
Qualifications:
- Valid P&C license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Experience with Sagitta
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and certificate processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience handling large real estate accounts is not required but a plus!
