Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while managing Workers Compensation claims for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling litigated files and a proven track record in Third-Party Administration (TPA).

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 per year
• Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 110 claims, including 35 medical-only claims and 75 lost-time claims.
• Handle Montana Workers Compensation claims for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage litigated files, working closely with legal teams and other stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and claimants, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in handling Montana Workers Compensation claims is required.
• Strong background in managing litigated files.
• Previous experience working with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, claimants, and legal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
