Personal Lines Account Manager – Remote
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with personal lines agency experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service. You’ll manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, deliver excellent service, and support quoting/marketing efforts in a stable, supportive environment.
Compensation Package
Base Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience.
Commission: 50% commission on new business (average additional earnings of approximately $10,000/year, depending on production).
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities

Manage a designated book of business (approximately 700 accounts).

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Quote and market new and renewal business with multiple carriers.

Write and service policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Handle inbound leads generated by the company, shop the market, and secure new business.

Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless client experience.
Qualifications/Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Personal lines agency experience preferred.

Comfortable quoting/marketing with multiple carriers.

AMS360 experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone presence.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Open to candidates with varying experience levels; training available for the right individual.
