Personal Lines Account Manager – Remote

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with personal lines agency experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service. You’ll manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, deliver excellent service, and support quoting/marketing efforts in a stable, supportive environment.

Compensation Package

Base Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience.
Commission: 50% commission on new business (average additional earnings of approximately $10,000/year, depending on production).

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated book of business (approximately 700 accounts).

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Quote and market new and renewal business with multiple carriers.

  • Write and service policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Handle inbound leads generated by the company, shop the market, and secure new business.

  • Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless client experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

  • Personal lines agency experience preferred.

  • Comfortable quoting/marketing with multiple carriers.

  • AMS360 experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone presence.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

  • Open to candidates with varying experience levels; training available for the right individual.
