Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of personal lines accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with producers to round out accounts, handle endorsements, manage renewals, and provide outstanding support to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience, 2-5 years preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, primarily in the standard market
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Process endorsements, renewals, and other account-related tasks
- Collaborate with producers to round out accounts and ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
- Quote new and renewal business as required
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines account management (5 years preferred)
- Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
