Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines - Inside Sales Advisor to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $48,000 annually
- Commission: 25% on sales

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance policies
- Manage renewals and ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred (open to candidates willing to obtain the license)
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with clients and provide exceptional service
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Familiarity with EZ Links software is a plus
