Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client relationships with a focus on employee benefits renewals.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date guidance.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of renewal proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
