Commercial Lines Account Manager & Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to join a growing team as Commercial Lines Account Managers (AM) and Account Executives (AE). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a thriving division. The successful candidates will play a key role in servicing a diverse book of business, supporting producers, and contributing to the growth of the organization. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required Monday through Wednesday.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 for Account Managers; up to $100,000 for Account Executives
- 401(k): Details to be provided
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday in office, remote for the remainder of the week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business with account sizes ranging from $75,000 to $500,000, with some accounts up to $1 million.
- Support producers in quoting new and renewal business.
- Handle a high volume of new business in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Sagitta software for account management and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience for Account Managers.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience for Account Executives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Outgoing and proactive personality.
- Industry Background: Candidates with experience at medium to large-sized brokers are preferred.
