Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Established agency seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage. The ideal candidate is familiar with all major coverage lines and experienced working with both admitted and non-admitted carriers.
Responsibilities

Manage and retain a designated book of commercial accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and key decision-makers

Handle renewals, quoting, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
-
Partner with producers and carriers to deliver tailored risk solutions
-
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to strengthen client protection
-
Provide clear communication and education to clients on coverage and policy details
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency standards

Support clients with prompt, professional problem-solving and follow-through
Qualifications

Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance service or account management
-
Strong understanding of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Workers’ Comp, Umbrella, Cyber, etc.)

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
-
Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport

Active P&C license
-
Experience in a brokerage setting

5–10 years of experience in commercial lines
