Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to join a team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing new business and renewals for middle to large accounts, with premiums exceeding $100,000. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office and remote work after the initial training period.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model (in-office training for 6 months to 1 year, with every other Friday off after 90 days; transition to 3 days in-office and 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

  • Market new business opportunities and manage renewal processes for middle to large commercial accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Utilize industry-specific software, including AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, and WorkSmart, to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on accounts exceeding $100,000 in premium.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, and WorkSmart software.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test prior to the start date.
