Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, a minimum of five years of experience, and proficiency in AMS360 software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including small, middle, and large businesses across various industries.
Compensation Package
- Annual Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including small, middle, and large businesses.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AMS360 software.
- Support the agency’s generalist approach while also working with niche accounts, including Non-Profits, Fraternal Organizations, HOAs, the Auto Industry, and Education sectors.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
