Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • Commission: Monthly structure based on production, ranging from 2% to 12% of revenue
    • Top performers have earned over $40,000 annually in commission
    • Average performers earn approximately $24,000 annually in commission

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to solicit prospects and generate new business.
  • Manage a large pipeline of prospects and adhere to a structured sales process.
  • Handle policy, system, and payment inquiries throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and leads generated via social media, email, and bar association events.
  • Assist in marketing and branding efforts for the program and company.
  • Perform light underwriting tasks tied to new business sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at professional services firms, including firm owners, partners, and practice managers.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience and outbound sales (preferred).
    • Proven hunter mentality with comfort in high outbound call volumes.
    • Experience managing a large prospect pool and following a defined sales process.
    • Familiarity with professional services firms (lawyers and accountants) is a plus.
  • Licensure:
    • Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal policy/CRM systems.
    • Ability to perform light underwriting within the sales process.
  • Location:
    • Must reside in Lisle, Illinois, or within a 35–45 minute commute.
