Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse book of business, providing exceptional service to clients and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Incentives: New Business Bonuses (5% of premium for any call-ins or personally brought-in business)

Responsibilities
- Manage a $1.2 million book of business, including accounts up to $50,000 in size (average $15,000)
- Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
- Work with a variety of accounts, including contractors, real estate, and construction
- Collaborate with carriers such as Hanover Mutual, Vermont Mutual, and Merchants Mutual
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the agency's growth
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using agency management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
