Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 (decreasing incrementally over 5 years to allow time to build a book of business)
- Commission Structure: 60% on new business, 25% on renewals

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a book of business by generating new leads and managing existing client relationships.
- Conduct 50 calls per day to set appointments and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize a database of 8,000 leads, organized by renewal dates, to identify and target potential clients.
- Handle incoming warm leads and proactively seek out new leads through cold-calling and networking.
- Quote new and renewal business for a variety of commercial lines accounts, ranging from small businesses to larger organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines sales. Candidates with personal lines experience and strong sales aptitude will also be considered.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build a successful book of business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
