Personal Lines Sales Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a growing team. This is an inside sales role focused closing inbound leads while also establishing new referral sources. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Personal Lines and a proven ability to build relationships with referral sources.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close a high volume of inbound leads
- Generate new referral sources
- Cross-sell additional personal lines insurance products to existing and new clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong experience in the Florida market
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of leads and meet production targets
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining referral relationships with realtors, lenders, and other professionals
- Experience in cross-selling personal lines insurance products is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work remotely from Florida
