Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in managing large accounts and a proven ability to deliver outstanding client service. Compensation Package
- Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a monthly retention bonus.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of large accounts, including contractors, condo/HOA, property, construction, and garage dealers.
- Handle client needs, including certificates, claims, policy analysis, and renewals.
- Act as a hybrid producer/account manager, maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Negotiate renewals and quote new business.
- Collaborate with the claims department and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain a client-facing presence.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active 2-20 license required; 4-40 license may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in large agencies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred; must be tech-savvy.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, client-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
