Commercial Lines Account Manager

 

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a diverse book of business including contractors, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and related industries. This position is responsible for providing full-service account management from marketing and quoting to renewals and client support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a brokerage environment and a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages and markets. This is a fully remote position, with the option to work from the office if preferred.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of business encompassing contractors, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and other commercial sectors.
  • Provide full-service account management, including quoting, renewals, marketing, policy issuance, and client servicing.
  • Handle various lines of coverage such as Workers’ Compensation, Property, Builders Risk, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine, Ocean Marine, and Foreign Policies.
  • Partner with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Review policy terms, conditions, and coverage to ensure accuracy and adequacy for each client’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the EPIC agency management system.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines account management experience in a brokerage environment (senior-level preferred).
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Proficiency in EPIC agency management system.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a remote work environment.

 

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $80K–$100K (depending on experience and qualifications).
